Reading synthetic sources read-only - never writes back

Executive overview

The SCO read-only thesis, pointed at EHS and sustainability: safety, emissions, energy, waste, and compliance - observed across your EHS and sustainability systems to show performance against target, not to manage the programs.

What this is, and what it is not. A preview of a planned domain, not a live product. In production it would sit read-only on top of your EHS, energy/emissions, and sustainability systems - reading safety and environmental records and surfacing trends against target. It does not manage safety programs, control equipment, or file regulatory reports; it gives EHS and sustainability leaders a single view. All figures here are synthetic.

Signals worth attention

TRIR down to 1.4 with near-miss reporting up - a leading-indicator culture; people report before incidents happen.
OSK-03 carries most incidents - the newest plant; the same site running over budget on its expansion in the PMO view.
Scope 1+2 down 10% YoY - on track for the interim 2030 target; electricity is the largest remaining lever.

Synthetic preview. In production, derived read-only from EHS, energy, and sustainability systems with SHA-256-anchored lineage, as in SCO.

OSK-03 runs double the company TRIR - a new plant still climbing the safety-maturity curve; the clearest place to focus.

Slips, trips, and manual handling lead - the highest-frequency, most-preventable categories; the best return on a focused program.

Connectors & data

Where EHS / Sustainability would read from, and the posture it would read with.

Read-only. These connectors are scaffolded, not built - each reports 0/12 conformance until a tenant integration is done. In production they read safety and environmental records read-only, with SHA-256-anchored lineage. AssetShop does not manage safety programs, control equipment, or file regulatory reports; EHS systems stay authoritative.

How to read this

High signals are concentrated, well-evidenced, and material - act on these first.
Confidence separates observed facts from modeled estimates.
Every figure traces to a read-only source. Nothing here is written back to any system.

Synthetic. Signals computed from read-only EHS / utility / ESG data; magnitudes labeled modeled are estimates, not posted figures. Operational signal, not advice; AssetShop never writes back to source systems.
